	Backscratchers In 1983 Jack and Michael Megna founded the company that would become Backscratchers Salon Systems, Inc. At the time, Jack, now Chairman of the Board of Directors, operated a local beauty school. The messy and smelly nail procedures of the 70's and 80's were of great concern to his students and instructors. He and his son, Michael, decided to develop a solution to this problem.
